What is the SanDisk Return Policy?
Subject to the exclusions below, Sandisk’s Online Store accepts returns of purchased items within 30 days of shipment.
Exclusions: (i) Software once it was made available to you by sending you a link for downloading or a license key via email or other electronic delivery method or for which instructions to download (including from a third party platform) have been provided to you and (ii) any products which we inform you may not be returned.
Please note that Sandisk must receive the returned item(s) within 10 days after your return number has been issued. The return number is valid for 10 days and will expire on the 11th day after the date of issue. At that time, any returned item(s) will not be accepted.
Only products that were purchased online directly from Sandisk can be returned. Any products purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the reseller and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Returned items must be in as-new condition, in the original or similar packaging with your packing slip, and with all accessories and manuals included. Returned items deemed to have been tampered with, damaged, incorrect products or incomplete will not be accepted. Returns that don’t follow these requirements will be considered incomplete, and the package will be returned to you at your cost without a refund or scrapped.

How do I return my product?
You can return your eligible item(s) by following the six steps listed above. Completing a return request does not guarantee a refund. Please review our Refusal Policy and Return Policy pages to ensure your return meets all the requirements.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to cancel an order once it is processed for shipment. To check if your order can be cancelled, visit Returns & Cancellations, and enter your email and order number. If your order can be cancelled, a “Cancel Order” button will be shown. If your order is unable to be cancelled, you may refuse the delivery or follow the return process to submit a return. We recommend following the return process to avoid any delays in your refund. Please contact Customer Support if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.
When will my credit appear?
Refunds are processed once we receive your items, but please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account depending on the financial institution and your original payment method. In most cases, any paid shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If you successfully cancelled your order but were billed for such order, we initiate your refund immediately. If there are any delays in receiving your credit, please contact Customer Support.
In some cases, SanDisk may require proof or need to confirm additional information prior to processing your refund. SanDisk reserves the right to deny return requests (e.g., product exclusions, breach of our Terms of Sale) at its sole discretion.
Will SanDisk cover shipping costs for my return?
SanDisk provides a pre-paid shipping label once your return is submitted. If you decide to use your own shipping label, we will not issue a credit for costs incurred in shipping a returned item and will not be responsible for items lost in transit or unsigned proof of delivery to our returns processing center. This may also delay your refund.
Items should be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer. If you ordered a bare drive, you must return it in the same box with the drive seated in the plastic endcaps to protect it during transit.
Why is my return denied?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or that cannot be delivered by the carrier will be returned to Sandisk. You will be refunded for the item cost and tax only. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be issued. Sandisk reserves the right to change or discontinue these terms at any time without notice.

Products purchased from an authorized reseller may be returned to the reseller and are subject to the terms and conditions of the reseller. Contact the reseller directly for return instructions.
